The March surge of ministers` work approvals has come to an end; over the recent months only the performance of several government members showed positive dynamics.  They are Sergey Shoygu whose rating keeps rising (from 4.19 to 4.27 points), Igor Shuvalov (from 3.17 to 3.23), Maksim Sokolov (from 2.97 to 3.03), Aleksandr Konovalov (from 2.87 to 2.91), Maksim Topilin (from 2.78 to 2.86) and Veronika Skvortsova (from 2.75 to 2.84). The positions of other ministers stayed at the same level or have slightly decreased.

The VCIOM opinion polls were conducted in June, 2013. 1600 respondents were interviewed in 130 communities in 42 regions of Russia. The margin of error does not exceed 3.4%.

Could you please assess the performance of the Russian government ministers using the 1-to-5 scale, where 1 – very bad, 5 - excellent?
